Fantastic Tasting French Toast

Serves 2

1 cup soymilk
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of nutmeg
Oil or vegan margarine for cooking
6 slices whole wheat bread

Whisk all ingredients (except bread). Dip slices into mixture and cook on nonstick griddle until golden on both sides—or—bake at 400˚, 10 minutes, turning once.
