Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is a quick and easy to make enjoyable hot beverage for after a meal or for any time of the day. This recipe will make 1 cup. This ginger tea recipe appears to be one of our own vegan kitchen discoveries, as we have not seen it in any other recipe collection. Preparation time is less than 3 minutes.

Ginger Tea Ingredients:

1 cup Boiling Water
1/8 tsp. Ginger, dried, ground (or more to taste)
Stevia Extract Powder OR favorite sweetener, to taste

Cooking Utensils:

Measuring Cup, Liquid
Measuring Spoons

Ginger Tea Preparation:

There are two ways to make this enjoyable tea:

The first is to preheat the water in a traditional tea kettle on the stove top. While the water is heating, place the ginger in the cup and then pour the boiling water into the cup, and let steep for a couple of minutes.

The second is to make the tea in a microwave oven. In this method, place the ginger in the cup, add cold water and heat in the microwave oven until hot, when it is ready to serve.

Add stevia extract or favorite sweetener to taste.
