Makes 4 cups
1/4 cup unsweetened, non-dairy cocoa (like Ah-Laska!)
1/4 cup Sucanat
(1) 32-oz. container (4 cups) non-dairy milk (soy, rice, almond, oat or multi-grain)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a large saucepan, combine unsweetened cocoa and Sucanat thoroughly. Add the 4 cups of non-dairy milk, and heat over medium, stirring constantly until well-mixed and smooth, being careful not to let it boil. When mixture reaches desired temperature, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour and serve immediately, or treat yourself to a specialty: FANDANGO!
