About baking pan (glass):
We have two sizes of glass baking pans: the larger is 9 inches X 13 inches, and the smaller is 6 inches X 10 inches. They stack together for easy storage. Both sizes of glass baking pans are excellent for baking or roasting in our conventional oven, but the larger one us too long to rotate in our microwave oven and must be turned manually, as necessary. We use the pans when a cover is not necessary.
These stackable pans are sold in most department and discount stores, as well as online, and recently we have seen them being sold with plastic covers so that the baking pan can we used to store leftover food in the refrigerator; however, the plastic lids cannot be used for baking.

Some background information:
Over the years we have found that a surprising number of people really don’t know how to cook. So, by including a list of cooking utensils and equipment that we use in preparing each recipe. This helps other people plan what they will need to prepare that specific recipe. Additionally, we are including a description and photo of each utensil or piece of equipment. This also helps beginners know something more about each cooking utensil or piece of equipment. This also helps people build a kitchen inventory of things they will need to prepare almost any meal. And, if anyone needs anything else, all they have to do is ask. We will try to find what they need and post it here with the other things.
