More About a Glass Bread Pan:

We have used this bread pan mostly for baking muffin cakes and bread in our microwave oven. When baking, we cover the bread pan but do not clamp down the cover. We can also store the leftover bread in this pan in our refrigerator by clamping down the cover over the pan. One of the nice things about having glass sides and bottom is that we can see how the muffing bread is baking and whether or not any portion of it is unbaked.
