10 oz. Water (5 oz. cold/5 oz. hot)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. Maple syrup (grade B is more nutritious than grade A)
Dash of cayenne pepper
Mix together and drink at once.
This can be used throughout the day for up to 40 days. The lemon juice and maple syrup provide nutrients, and the cayenne pepper boosts the metabolism.
