Homemade Hash Browns

Serves 2

1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 potatoes, grated
Salt & pepper

Sauté onion and garlic in oil until onions are soft. Add potatoes and cook until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
