Hummus Dip Vegetable Platter

Hummus dip vegetable platter makes a wonderful vegan appetizer, party platter, or for any gathering of family and friends. And like us, you can use any other dip or veggies you wish. Depending on what you put on the veggie platter, the preparation time will probably be about 15 to 20 minutes, excluding making the dip, which would take another 10 to 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

The raw Veggies on the platter are:
Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Celery
Carrots

We often add other raw veggies such as:
Cauliflower
Cucumbers
String Beans
Turnips
Zucchini

Cooking Utensils:

Knives, Inexpensive Utility
Vegetable Peelers

Hummus Dip Vegetable Platter Preparation:

We begin by washing and cleaning the vegetables.  Then we peel the carrots; cut off the stem and flower ends and remove the seeds from bell peppers. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, and cut the other other veggies into short strips suitable for dipping.

We place the dip bowl or container in the center of the large platter and arrange the cut vegetables around the dip in the center of the platter.

Serve and Enjoy.
