Stevia Extract Powder OR favorite sweetener, to taste.

Lemon Balm Tea Preparation:
Making tea is quite a simple process when using tea bags, but when using the dries leaves, place two heaping teaspoons full of the dried leaves or a packed full tea ball in 2 cups of boiling hot water and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the tea ball and pour the tea into individual serving cups, or if using loose leaves, pour the tea through a tea strainer into individual serving cups.
If you like your tea sweeter you can add a little stevia extract or favorite sweetener to taste.
