Baked Bread

1 Tbsp. yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. sea salt
3 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup or 4 Tbsp. olive oil or melted vegan margarine.

Yeast works best with a touch of sugar or maple syrup added to the water first (a teaspoon should do). Sprinkle yeast into warm water, let rest 5 minutes. Combine dry ingredients, add to yeast mix. Let rise, covered in a warm spot 30 minutes. Punch down and let rise again. Punch and form into oiled loaf. Bake at 350°, 40 minutes.
