2 cups rolled oats
2 cups water
2 Tbsp. Tamari (soy sauce)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Combine first three ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.
Add remaining ingredients. Form patties on non-stick or oiled cookie sheet and bake at 325˚ for 35 minutes, turning after the first 20 minutes.
