PARMEZAN CHEEZ

Makes 3/4 cups
This makes a great topping on pasta, pizza & lasagna!

1/4 cup raw almonds
1 cup water
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast

In a small saucepan, combine almonds and water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the almonds, and slip them out of their skins while running them under cold water. Place on paper towels to dry.

Put almonds, salt & nutritional yeast in a blender or a food processor, and grind until it looks like parmesan.
