Pepper Ground Black is a vegan pantry ingredient that we usually grind fresh making finely ground pepper and than loosened up the grinder to produce coarsely ground black pepper
This is a photo of freshly ground black pepper. We began with the pepper grinder making finely ground pepper and than then loosened up the grinder to produce coarsely ground black pepper. We prefer the flavor of freshly ground black pepper to that of the factory pre-ground. A pepper grinder is a nice touch to have on the table, so that anyone who wants to add some spiciness to their meal can do so, individually, as one would do with a pepper shaker.
