They are a superb all-round pepper for eating raw or cooking. We purchased this pepper at a farm store, and have not found them in supermarkets. Red cheese peppers are green peppers that have fully ripened. We could not find any specific nutritional information for cheese peppers, but believe it should be similar to Pepper, Red Bell.
