Spearmint Tea Preparation:
We begin by placing the dries leaves or a tea ball full of dried leaves in 2 cups of boiling hot water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then we remove the tea ball and pour the tea into individual serving cups, or if you are using loose leaves, pour the tea through a tea strainer into individual serving cups.
If like us, you like the tea sweeter, add a little stevia extract or your favorite sweetener to taste.
