Tempeh Broccoli Sauté

Serves 4

10 oz. Package tempeh, steamed 20 minutes, then cubed
2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. oil (toasted sesame is nice)
2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce (optional)

Sauté cubed tempeh, broccoli, and onion in oil over medium heat. After tempeh is browned, add soy sauce, cook one minute more. Serve over brown rice.
