Tofu Sour Cream

Makes 1-1/2 cups

One 10.5 oz. package firm silken tofu, drained
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. brown rice vinegar
1 tsp. brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
